Testimonials
A few nice words from people I’ve worked with:
“Tom has been a pleasure to work with over the years as he created maps for the various locations for the American Optometric Associations annual conference locations. When it comes to maps, accuracy is key. Tom is always detailed-oriented, willing to make adjustments as needed and is simply a joy to work with. Reliability in contractors is of the utmost importance to me and I know Tom will get the job done well, on time and in budget and I always look forward to collaborating with him.”
– Nancy Roy, Senior Art Director, Imagination Agency
“The team at the UK National Commission for UNESCO thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom on our nationally and internationally launched ‘Discover the UK’s UNESCO Sites’ 2023 summer campaign. In 6 months, Tom oversaw the development of a newly illustrated map in 8 different languages with an accompanying animated short film. Tom mastered the brief of bringing to life 58 UNESCO sites in a stunning map that embraces the unique cultural identities of the UK’s four nations and the Isle of Man in a creative, warm and engaging way.”
– James Bridge, Chief Executive and Secretary-General of the UK National Commission for UNESCO
“Tom was fantastic and exceeded our expectations on every level. Tom was patient, understanding to our various needs and was able to interpret our requirements quickly, making creative decisions to design the best map possible. We’re really happy with the final product and would recommend Tom’s illustrations to others.”
– Lydia Dayes, The Wildlife Trust for Lancashire, Manchester and North Merseyside
“Tom’s illustration stood out so very far from the crowd. His use of colour, character and his incredible imagination has resulted in something that I enjoy going back to more and more. I hope to work with Tom lots more in the future!”
– Oisín Share, Creative Designer, Natural Retreats
“Tom did a fantastic job on our illustrated map we did for McCain foods to celebrate it’s sponsorship of the Tour de France. It was a tight turnaround and constantly moving brief but Tom turned it around quickly and did a superb job, which resulted in a very happy client.”
– Jeff Bowerman, Creative Director, TMW
“The great thing about working with Tom Woolley is that he just gets it. He listens and understands what you want and delivers. He’s also so easy to get on with. Our audiences and customers have all commented on how good our print is, that it’s the best we’ve had in five years. Frankly, that’s down to Tom.”
